This evening the Andersons, Sally, Cindy and Traci came over to visit. They brought us this beautiful portrait of Christ and shared their thoughts and feelings on the grieving process. It was only 3 months ago that they lost Jeff, their son, husband and brother. Their timing was perfect, since the numbness is wearing off and we are feeling things very deeply now. It's good to know that this is all part of the process, and that time WILL heal us by degrees. Without our faith in Christ, we would be lost.

I especially thought it was neat how each family member had a quilt made from their daughter/sister's clothing.
