Book Club

Day 318 It's Book Club tonight and this is the book. It's one of the most original novels I've ever read! The main character is an emotionally challenged boy, and since it's written in the 1st person, I was having a hard time keeping up at first. I kept on thinking, "Where is he going with this, and what is he talking about?" until I realized he was reflecting the attention-deficit nature of the young boy by jumping around in the story line. Woven through is the theme of loss and complicated relationships. The movie is out and I'm looking foraward to seeing it.
