Working on the books for the boys has been so very bittersweet. This is one of my favorite photos of Amberly when she was little. It's Brittany's Birthday, yet look how happy she is for her sister to have presents to open! Her little hands are clenched in excitement and she is beside herself with anticipation. I loved her hands...always so creative, so willing to help, so excited for special events, and so willing to hold mine, even when she got older. I miss those hands so much!
