I'm not so sure this is true. I've seen so many that are trapped by circumstances that are totally beyond their control. I do believe that we have the power to change how we see things, and how we react to them. I've had so many changes happening lately, that I'm just trying to keep up! But yes, I'm 'getting up' and trying to be 'up' to the challenge! Counting them one by one!
